DPX System With Cordless Drill

This is the DPX Systems Module with a  standard off the shelf  Cordless Drill.  The   majority of our   testing has been done with the Dewalt XRP, but with minor   changes, many    brands   of  drills  could  be  used.

Here is a list of Dewalt XRP style drills  that will work perfectly:

14.4 VOLT LINE:

DC930KA, DC935KA, DC984KA

18 VOLT LINE:

DC927KL, DC920KA, DC925KA, DC988KA

28 VOLT LINE:

DC910KL

36 VOLT LINE:

DC900KL (RECOMMENDED), DC901KL

Changing to another type of drill may require a different billet “holster” to hold a different drill configuration.  We have not experienced any overheating problems or premature wear in the drills we have used.
