The heavy duty construction with suspension, air tires, and hand brakes makes it a very versatile chair for many users. The DPX System installed on the Wheelchair does not effect its normal operation in anyway. The DPX Power Assist can be used to helo out of fully power the chair. The entire DPX Drive System can be quickly removed for total manual operation of the chair. Spare batteries are changed as easy as changing the battery when you use the drill as a “power tool”. That actually happens on things powered with a cordless drill. One minute it is a means of propulsion, the next you may be drilling a hole!

Thie chair has never been put in to production with the DPX System, but could easily be done. Chair colors would be optional, of course.




As I live in the UK, it would make sense for me to buy the wheelchair and drill in the UK – and just get your components shipped out.
Do you plan to make your components easy to fit to this chair?
Or does it take special tools?
I would love to know more.
